This includes a tracking number which is traceable once delivery has been attempted. My processing time varies & is stated on each listing, but if you need your item by a specific date please let me know & I will do my best to meet your requirements if you need it quickly. These are the guidelines for delivery times with Royal Mail (after my processing time): Standard delivery 3-5 working days First Class 1-2 working days Guaranteed delivery - The next working day before 1pm (not including weekends) Please note - items can take longer particularly around busy periods or delays such as bad weather. The only service which is guaranteed to arrive within the timescales above is 'guaranteed delivery' which I offer as an upgrade. I can track an item if it hasn't arrived but Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 10 days after it was expected so unfortunately I have to wait until then to replace & contact them for a claim if the item has not arrived. If you need guaranteed delivery over a weekend please contact me & I can create a custom order. During busy periods such as Christmas I will give a 'last orders' date going by the Royal Mail timescales but please note this is not a guarantee it will arrive in time so it is best to order in good time where possible.
