Ethically handmade Christmas stocking. Made to order & each piece is unique. Hand dyed using natural dyes such as avocado for pink & nettle for green. Fabrics used are surplus or re worked thereby giving them a new lease of life & reducing landfill. Padded with wadding made from recycled plastic bottles. Fully lined with a herringbone tape loop to hang. This listing is for the 'Subtle Star' stocking with a patchwork star detail. The fabric has been shibori dyed in avocado giving the square dye patterning to the fabric. Please note dye patterns will vary depending on availability. I regularly dye up lengths. Message to ask if you want to check the current pattern. Usually either Shibori dyed square or classic to dye circles. The fabrics are veg dyed the beauty of this is a variation on shading so no 2 pieces are the same giving you a truly unique piece. Spot clean with damp cloth. Cool iron.
