Every table is individually handmade to order with meticulous attention to detail. A Superior Modern Heirloom The original East German kidney tables & plant stands were mass-produced using low-grade chipboard with a high content of formaldehyde, the level of which is now banned in the production of furniture due to health hazards. We have carefully upgraded the materials whilst preserving authentic Mid-Century styling creating a far more durable, heirloom-quality piece designed to last for generations. Our Materials 2mm Royalexe High Pressure Laminate Securely glued & pressed at 20-tons pressure to 15mm high-quality European Produced Birch Ply substrate the underside is finished in a matt black water based stain.
