DELIVERY Delivery price is for England, Wales & easily accessible places in Scotland only. We deliver to the UK mainland only, we won't be able to carry out orders from off shore areas. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note delivery of this item will be a door stop delivery. This means that the driver will take your item to the first outside door & is unable to bring the item into your property due to insurance reasons beyond our control. The delivery schedule is all day from 8am - 6pm on any weekday, we will call you once your item is made to arrange delivery on a day that's best for you. You will receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day of your delivery. RETURNS POLICY We take great care in checking all of our products for damage before packaging, however we understand that sometimes an item may be damaged in transit therefore we ask before signing for your delivery you check that there is no damage to your item, the driver should wait while you do this. If your item has been damaged, please refuse the delivery. in all circumstances, all damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
