They are built on top of a Styrofoam cone, with added layers of fun fabrics & fabulous decorative pins with colorful balls. The bases are often candleholders, glass jars, or vintage glasses. Most of the items I use are vintage. This particular piece has a stretchy shimmering gold fabric, with gold pins coming down in a straight line down the back, with a big shimmery white bow with 3 gold pin balls at the center. It is atop a shot glass that is filled with white pearls. It stands 17 tall & about 5 wide.
