LITTLE RED SNOWMAN PERSONALIZED CHRISTMAS STOCKING This is a red tweed wool fabric stocking. The backing fabric is the same as the front. The little snowman is off-white wool fabric. The pine trees are dark green & blue-green wool fabric. The snowman & pine trees are hand-sewn onto the stocking with embroidery floss. The snowflakes are hand stitched onto the stocking with ivory embroidery floss. The stocking is lined with cotton muslin fabric. The stocking cuff is made with cotton batting, which is tea-dyed by hand. A heavy jute twine loop makes it ready to hang. Fusible interfacing is added to the body of the stocking to give it durability. This is a large stocking. The stocking is handmade by me, in the north woods of Maine. PLEASE NOTE: I would be happy to personalize your Christmas stocking for you. I hand stitch the names by hand using black embroidery floss.
