BUILD OPTIONS For the printable route, choose the matching paper format, print at 100% / Actual Size, trim & join the labelled pages, then trace onto plywood & cut. Do not use Fit to Page. For CNC, check imported units, scale, tool settings & material suitability in your own software before cutting. MATERIAL PLANNING The published nesting plan uses two 4 x 8 ft (120 x 240 cm) plywood sheets at a suggested 19/32 (15 mm) or 3/4 (19 mm) thickness. Follow the shared-sheet layout before cutting; the figure count is not the sheet count. Panel dimensions are nominal.
