Start with a sharp front-facing photo in natural light, with the eyes, nose & ears visible. Side or three-quarter views help us understand the head shape & distinctive features. Clear phone photos are welcome; avoid heavy filters, blur & crops that cut off the ears. DESIGN PREVIEW We check your photographs & contact you if another angle would help. We then send a digital preview before making, with minor likeness corrections included. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving your preview if you need a correction. If we do not hear from you, we will finalise the design for making. MAKING & DELIVERY Production takes approximately 7 working days once your photographs, details & preview are finalised.
