If more than 2 larger penguins are chosen, please do consider I will have to minimise the size of the whole design to fit them on. THE PROCESS Your order will begin to be processed as soon as the order is made by yourself! Your bauble will be printed, sublimated, packaged with care & dispatched within the estimated time frame given (please see your confirmation email for this) If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. select the wrong option), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours of the order being placed, I will assume all is correct & the order will be completed. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I will always do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your print or service for any reason at all, please send me a message & I will always do my best to work things out for you. If an error of purchase is made by the customer, please note that the customer will pay for postage charges for an exchange/refund to be processed.
