Handcrafted in our studio workshop in Worcestershire, England, each heart is carefully hand-cut from British Oak. With a beautiful grain & rich light brown in colour, each heart is finished with linseed oil to provide the ornament with a natural sheen finish. On the front of the heart is a highly detailed motif, which has been carefully sculpted, hand-cast in pewter & then polished by hand, before being attached securely to the front of the heart. This unique decoration would make the perfect addition to any Christmas tree or as a small keepsake for a friend or loved one on an anniversary, for Valentine's Day, or for a birthday. Please note: as each heart is made from a natural wood, the final finish & grain will differ slightly from heart to heart; the wood used to make these decorations is oak timber, locally sourced; the pewter motif is a pewter silver in colour.
