This hand knitted Heirloom Christmas Stocking is from my Stained Glass series, where the colors are bordered with black. The black borders really make the colors stand out! The stocking colors are much more vivid that my photo's show. The windowpane squares are in check rows of 3 shades of purple, 2 shades of blue, white, two shades of brown & 2 shades of green with black border around each square. The foot top has a wider white row with 3 Pool Blue Snowflakes. The stocking top border has a soft white background between triple rows of black. The heel & toe are black with a Cafe' Brown Gusset & Hunter green cross stitch trim The stockings are all approximately 21-22 in length & 5-6 diameter. They are also quite stretchy, so they can hold lots of holiday goodies! The stockings are hand washable, & line dry able if needed. Plus being acrylic, you never have to worry about moth problems!
